The only hard work really left is driving T posts. Wish I could round up some help with that. Tomatoes need to be put up to keep them off of the ground. 1 post to drive for every 3 plants.

Today I did DH's laundry, watched The Sound of Music, and dried a load of spearmint. That dryer full of mint yields half an ounce of dried mint! Which Google tells me is worth about $2.50. I wonder how much I'm paying for the electricity to dry it!

At least now only a couple of smaller plots need to be planted. We did have some awesome tasting new potatoes tonight. We had ramen noodles with cream of chicken soup, cream corn, and tiny new potatoes. Got my carbs in for the day.

Sounds like a week's worth of carbs for me! At least!

I've had very few carbs now in several days and very few of them in the way of a sugar so that was a treat.

We have Blue Lake pole beans blooming and should be picking some in another week or maybe less. Low carb there.

Of course said green beans will be doctored with a few marble sized taters too.
