I have ate lamb but never had goat.

Lamb to me is gamey. We bought the Grand Champion lamb one year at the county fair and it took a long time to get that meat down. Had to learn how to fix it. I think we grilled it most of the time.

I'm putting up a high voltage fence around the whole place to keep stray dogs, cats, coons, armadillos, skunks, possums, etc off of my play yard.
