Granny's gone and done it again

Granny our tea gets drank before it can get old. For every cup of coffee you drink I drink a glass of iced tea. We make a gallon at a time. If there is a glass left in the pitcher at night I pour it in a glass and drink it for breakfast the next morning. "Waste Not, Want Not".

I'll check back in later. Good luck grocery shopping the day before the big holiday. We got ours done yesterday.

I'm concerned about Twist and his pups and those long haired woolly girls of his too.

The stores are busy today. Went to a grocery store called Macy's. Love that store. Pretty busy but they are good at keeping registers open enough you aren't waiting too long. Walmart the other day..

WM was fairly busy today but not totally nuts. Finding a parking spot took a bit, I waited for a lady to finish loading her groceries and pull out so I could have her spot. And it was crowded enough inside that I wore a mask. But we always self checkout and didn't have to wait for that so we got out with no hassle.

Granny when I was an early teen or maybe preteen I remember the talk of the grownups was about a 16 year old girl marrying an 85 year old man. When ask why she did it she would answer that she had rather be an old man's love rather than a young man's slave.

I know about bad former husband's. I'm thankful that part is over and met my Scott. Glad I have some great memories now. I'll bet you were surprised to find out what it was like to be treated like a lady when you met Tom.

I don't have new puppies but Butchy Boy and Betty are still puppies... With lots of energy! I'm not sure if we own them or they own us!

I dont like self-checkout. Have they lowered any of your purchases by not having to pay a cashier? I think it keeps mostly our young off the streets and learning responsibility even if its in a small way
