I bet he has a little rotary air tool with a shaft that has a hook on the end of it and it spins really fast. Those docs tend to work in a hurry when the get a poopy job.

I managed to stay on my feet long enough to get the John Deere mobile again. I made a make shift cotter key out of a nail gun nail and got it to the house. I'm going to have my good friend and mechanic take a look at it at his little shop where he can get it up in the air and see what can't be seen otherwise. Once I cool down to normal body temp I'm hitting the shower and consider my options from there.

Nail makes a good cotter key.
