I have been in the ER a a couple of times for the sane things. Most..I had low potassium and Magnesium. I got bags of both. What a difference it made. I'm now on potassium daily. Big ol horse pills.

You know how Missouri side roads are Blue. Clay covered by dirt covered by rocks.

Actually, Chick .... no, I don't. We live at the end of our road and it isn't like that. It's two miles of gravel and dust, but it's tan, not blue. Khaki colored, tbh. We had a car that color once. Desert sand I think it was called. Perfect color for around here. Now our vehicles are white, white, and ... dark blue. And boy, do they show the dirt, lol!

I like the white cars because they don't show the dirt that is around here like a black or dark car color.

I have Peripheral Neuropathy, so my feet will be like ice cubes, then hot..hot. Weird. And when I lay down half my foot, upper part, goes numb.

sugar and a few others too. Circulation being the scary one.

I just asked Robert if he thought he could take care of his dad if they were to admit me and he said no, "I cant even take care of myself" So what am I supposed to do with that?

Leave anyway. Needs must. By which I mean, if he has to, he will.

Oh it burned me! I was convinced they'd left a plastic needle in my hand. Thry didn't. It ws scar tissue in my vein ftom the potassium! Burned like fire, it did!
