Why should chocolate ever stop?

But on the earlier subject of M&Ms, I used to be able to eat those but now they make me queasy & grouchy (it's strange). I think it's the candy coating.
I switched to real chocolate, like bars of Lindt or Ghirardelli... and Aussie Tim Tams. It's a lot more satisfying and takes less to get there.

Still, a little square of quality chocolate everyday is not too bad. And maybe better to satisfy the cocoa craving without being pushed to the limit they break and eat a ton of junk.
I often struggled with my weight but I found the food anxiety in our culture that is so contagious actually made things worse. I try to not worry about calories and I actually do better. But maybe that just means I'm an anxious eater. lol

I can’t have just one. One is too many and a thousand is never enough.
