Acute compartment syndrome occurs when the pressure within the fibro-osseous space increases to a level that decreases tissue perfusion of the components of the compartment leading to muscle edema, ischemia, and necrosis. The upper extremity contains 15 compartments from the shoulder to the tips of the fingers
How do they test for it?
 
Compartment syndrome in the arm can occur in the forearm or hand, and can cause severe pain, swelling, and other symptoms:

The person is behaving very strangely. Sometimes I think people who get all trollie are former members come back with new names to annoy those they're mad at.

We had one acting odd in the feed section for a while who, on their personal profile page, was randomly commenting to themselves a running tally of "bullies" with the score (always in his own favor).
