Well, it worked. I feel very thankful. Krogers savory chicken, Mashed potatoes(instant) dressing,(my favorite) and fresh frozen from her friends garden green beans. No rolls or dessert but I didn't mind. I felt very lucky to have a friend like Nancy.

I may be wrong but with the costs of shipping has gone up so much its hard for him to send to a lot of people . At least that's my thoughts on it.

Morning all, SD & SIL got here around 5:30 I think, I have forgotten already. They are in the torture chamber already! I guess the ham takes around 3 hrs. to get hot. Looks to be a promising dinner in the works over there. I am in pretty bad pain right now and Tom isn't doing so hot either.
SD won $250. yesterday and guess how she is spending it?? Its already a done deal. Toms new mattress will be here next Thursday! She told me this way I can use the money I have saved for a new TV. I am very grateful to her for doing this but I am also a little disappointed. It's just that I worked hard to be able to buy this for him and she stole my thunder. This is a terrible way to think or feel because it comes from her heart and she is helping both of us out.

Got another hour and then have to get on the road to have time to visit before we eat. After we eat we will not stay very long as we have work to do here today. Yup. Still need to get the cover on those banana trees before dark tomorrow to beat the freeze.
