Granny's gone and done it again

Still waiting. Will have the appraisal guy should come this week. Getting closer to our move our date. Getting more boxes today to pack more things we've been using. I'll be glad to get into the other place. I don't mind leaving boxes around that I can take my time unpacking.:)
I never knew it could be so complicated.
 
The tank was evidently on sale. $299.99 last summer they were about 400.00 We can kind of repair it next spring/summer, by filling the bottom of the tank with cement up past where its rusted out/cracked. I'll move it to the young stock's area.
Spread a layer of tar on the tank, then lay some mesh down and put a layer of tar on top, smooth it out and let it cure for three days. You can do that on the outside and inside. If you want to add cement anyway that’s fine. What I don’t know is if the tar on the outside will dry out too quickly to make it worthwhile.
