I think both people have good advice. I have had dr change the diagnosis code so my insurance would pay. Medicare is a whole nother ball of wax.

what have you been doing to get the #s down? I hope its not the shot already.

We sold a lot of the hens locally and a flock of roosters went to the deep freeze. Sold a lot of roosters too. It's amazing people will buy rooster but don't bother to respond if you will give them away. We've only lost a handful over the last year. I think to a poison plant or two that we have around.

I hope it is not the shot wearing off too because I don't know how often you can get them and the copay is now $350 each time you get one. With another biopsy coming up and another ultra sound and hopefully a lower back epidural before gardening starts up again that's over a $1,000 this coming spring already in copays. Those procedures now fall into a surgery bracket.

Morning, Im just up about 45 mins. ago. I need to stop those flexarils. They really knock me out. I need to get motivated here to get dressed and go see Tom.

Maybe you just need to take that Flexaril earlier so you can get up earlier, not stop taking it. If you take it at midnight and sleep till 10 am, it knocks you out for 10 hours. So figure what time you want to get up, count backward ten hours, and take it then. You'll get a good night's sleep, wake up refreshed and be ready to start your day.

I got ours on Amazon but Walmart has several different varieties under 10 dollars a package.

Mom made them but IDK if I can find it. They were more like cakes. Now whatever Twist calls his cookies they are delicious!

The N95's fit so much better. The other got around the letter of the mask laws but did nothing. Ma made many masks early Covid and gave many to nurses in hospitals. She incorporated a filter between to layers of tight weave fabric and they were washable. I cut the fabric for many a mask using a Cricket cutter.

Might miss something. I know that's why I don't sleep sometimes
Missed phone calls ect. I will not wake up to a phone call right next to my ear

Yes I still have it. Probably will sell it as help for processing is very hard to find and with both of us having worsening arthritis in hands and fingers we've decided to just buy whole chickens or leg quarters when on sale.
