That was the first thing I thought about. I'm thinking about setting a live trap to see if there might be a fox around here again. I'm reasonably sure I lost a few the first year I had chickens here I lost a few pets to a fox. I had a rooster with 3 hens that I let roost on the porch railing and one at a time the hens disappeared.Foxes will just snatch them and run. They are bold, even hunting in daylight.
Oh, sorry to hear, SD! Ear pain can be ... excruciating. Hope you feel better soon!I had bad pain since like Saturday or Sunday. Finally called my doctor yesterday and spoke to their nurse. They were totally booked but suggested going to one of those walk in places so I did that lol got on medication. Cloudy fluid in my ear.

You can put a folded wet washcloth in the microwave in a ziplock bag and nuke it for about ten seconds. Hold that on your ear, the heat will give you some comfort. Careful that it's not too hot but it shouldn't be.Thank you!!! Excruciating is definitely the right wordbut I think the meds are helping thankfully, already lol so yeah.
