We don't plan on raising anymore meat birds. It's to hard on our old hands to process them now. It's better for us just to buy in bulk when on sale and put them in the freezer. How do you keep the meat from sliding off?I have grilled ham and cheese for lunch often. Hard to beat and we usually have a cup of tomato soup to go with them.

I can see that! When I ate ezekial bread it held on to the chicken salad filling wellI think the small seed in the multigrain bread dig in like the spikes on golf shoes do maybe.![]()
every one I ever made the meat would slide off. Cooking and eating.Never has slid off. Just get a grip on it like you mean it.![]()
