Morning all, My Nancy is here. Doing laundry now and then cook. I asked for hamburger helper but really wanting soup.

We got an inch of sleet last night. I was so glad for my square shovel I got to make the gravel driveway. At 34° the sleet partly melted and froze in a sheet. It made it easier to get under the ice while other people are out there chopping at the ice.

Still selling to the only paying customer we have for $2.50 a dozen. She buys from us when they get dirt cheap in the stores so it averages out. We are finally averaging over a dozen a day. Mostly blue eggs now from the Legbar pen. Sapphire girls are a lot younger but they are starting to contribute.

I've raised it twice. I was selling for $2/doz for quite a while, then my market dried up. So then I was donating to the Bread Shed, a soup kitchen. Got some interest and decided to ask for $3 and they started selling pretty good, then supermarket prices shot up. At the same time, cartons went up to a dollar each, when two years ago they were 25c!!! So I started asking $4 and now I can barely keep up with demand.
