Not the least bit interested in Chromebook.
Staples and Office Depot are good places to see in person if you have them also.
Me either. Never. Windows 11 is very fast running in 16GB of ram.
Sam's Club has computers too but are probably no cheaper than Walmart.
My favorite Brand is Dell. I have an aging Dell tower that I setup especially for photo editing with a 23" monitor.

My workstation for photo editing.
We don't have those here. Nor a Sam's. We used to have a Best Buy but they abandoned us. Staples, Office Depot ... maybe in St Louis, 3 hours away. I'll order on line once I figure out what I want. I appreciate your help, Larry.
It would help if you had a local person explain what you are needing and what the jargon means in the ads. People get duped 365 days a year buying more or less than what they really need. It's sad to say all new computers come constipated (bloated) with junk programs that just slow them down.
We may have someone who could help but at the moment I'm too crippled to get to them. I just about can't put weight on this leg at all. I had my GC wheel me around in a wheelchair at the clinic today, and have been using late MIL's walker since I got home. I'm a mess!
