Granny's gone and done it again

How big is she? I don't remember this one
very small, Nugget was her mom, Nugget passed about 2 or 3 weeks after calving and Pebble refused the bottle. so after 2 days with out eating I put her back in the main herd. I suspect that Pebbles was also sneaking a little milk off of some of the other cows. I would say about 1/2 the size of other calves. Although she did get bangs vaccinated just in case.

IF we count Granola who did calve. There are 12 confirmed pg and the Vet suspects that Old Gold is pg as well based on the ultrasound of the uterus she just could not confirm a fetus. Old gold calves last Oct 8.

Which makes 13 out of 13 or 12 out of 13 births this year.

Shoe the youngest bull and also deaf was busy challenging both Tibbits and Hay to power/head butting contests today. Made getting the rest of the herd a challenge to get in the rodeo grounds. Shoe and Hay managed to escape before we got to them to get a multi-min shot. Which is fine I can do them when we pour for flys in a month or so.
Old Gold was VERY unamused about the vet's arm up her backside.
