If you compare the eggs to the white on the surrounding parts of the computer screen you can tell they are not a white like a leghorn egg.

might be my computer settings. I compared them and asked Robert. Here they are white! Isn't that odd?

They are whitish on my screen but not as white as the white areas around the text area in the post.

I tried to nap but can't. Got the fidgets. Restless. It's going to rain until 5pm... Very narrow window to feed and check water fountains and to let the girls out for some exercise and to get some greens in their crops.

Supposed to rain until 4:30. Soon to be moderately heavy then gradually diminish by 4pm. I think we will be able to service coops by 5pm and the kids will get at least a short time for R&R.

We use cotton already. I got lucky and found some deep pocket sheets for $60. I've been paying around $90. and they just don't last no time.

It's a cool, rainy day here and I haven't done much. I managed to make a desert for later, watered the new seedlings and gathered the trash to take out when it stops raining. Planning pork shops, fried okra and beets for supper. That's dinner to all you Yankees.
