Hi everyone. Not the best of nights but expected that after general anaesthesia. Did walk out to the coop with DH and did a one handed assist openning of the coops. Had a missing rooster who showed up back in his coop after spending a day outside in time out. We have so many fox around here I was sure he'd become dinner. How he got back into the right coop is beyond me.

Hope the trip to the doctor goes well, Granny. I talked to mine this morning and filled them in.absolutely no communication between offices these days like it used to be. Very disappointing.

Well, i've left a message with my ortho, asking her to call the Home Health place and set me up for in-home PT services. I made it to therapy this morning, just got back, and I am completely done in and just about done for as well. Took the walker since we can't manage the wheelchair and I came THIS close to falling, about a dozen times. No more! It's "against my religion" to fall! Not doing that any more! That left ankle cannot be trusted, and I am supposed to stay off the right knee. So, whattaya gonna do?

PT sux. Started my simple one today. Just an arm dangle but I'm supposed to unharness myself from this complicated sling 5 to 7 times a day? Fat chance. 1 it hurts getting the sling off and on 2 as does the exercise. They will get 4Xs today and hope for more tomorrow.

Yeah it hurts. Do it anyway. Try for 5x tomorrow. You can doo eeet! You want full range of motion in that arm some day, right?
