Cant say I didn't eat good today. Captain Ds. for the win! 2 pieces catfish w/ fries, okra, hushpuppys and just now A lobster roll. Pretty sure Ive gained my weight back already but I am swollen so Im gonna blame that for now! hahaa
I'm still lightly bleeding as well. Is that normal?
