I did take a shower finally. For some reason my hair dried in a hundred little ringlets. They will be gone first time I brush it.

Well I went out to feed, water and lock up. Little turd had somehow backed her way out of the sling and was laying on her back looking around like for all the world she was just sight seeing. I left her out of the sling for the night but now have to figure out how to keep her in it tomorrow. One leg has more function than the other or she wouldn't have been able to accomplish the acrobatic escape. She was gobbling down hard boiled egg but didn't want to do much with the water so I dribbled water on her beak till she got bored and let it drip off. Told her if she could back her way out of a sling she could find her water dish if she could figure out how to keep right side up. Bet I go out there in the morning and she's flopped on her back again looking around.

I make twice baked potatoes as a main course all the time. Cheese, butter, a few chives if I have them. Very filling.
