I am really getting down about being so tired all the time. So many years, and I never have any energy. The doctors don't seem to help me much. Latest one says it's probably sleep apnea. So more testing about that.I bet you will miss that place. I will! I hope where ever you move to you will love it just as much. I hope you don't stop coming here Cap! Granny, Google Lens says these are tickseed or beggar-ticks, and sometimes called devil's beggar-ticks. They are designed to stick in the flesh so they can be dispersed. Sure do look like they would hurt, they are barbed.

Yes. Only 8 and hoping for at least 3 pullets. No longer keeping a large flock of any one breed. We have mostly Crested Cream Legbars which we hatched from our first pen of 10 or so hens. Once sold a local 48 eggs to hatch and he hatched out 44 chicks. We have one pen of the Legbars that we hatched that we are mating to 3 males from GGF's to add to the gene pool. Also have two Legbar girls in with the Bielefelder girls being mated to Bielefelder boys just to see what is going to happen there.are you going for the chicks tomorrow? How many are you planning on? I think you said but I have forgotten
