I agree nit isn’t good for you. I have drinking LMNT electrolytes as my go to. If I buy them in bulk it costs me a dollar a day. Less than a soda.

Never heard of em. Is it a powder? Does WM carry it it?

regular Sprite probably has some chemicals too and is also in a plastic bottle. IDK. I hate water lately LOL or mostly it makes me nauseous. Especially if I try to take my meds with plain water. I’ll throw them back up LOL

I'm with you. Lately plain water makes me nauseated too and also waterlogs me. Even my Hint does! The tissues of my mouth, cheeks and lips get all swollen. I've been adding salt to my Hint and that helps. Am I getting hyperhydrated? I drink a LOT (hold the jokes, Twist, lol!) So I have to switch it up with the occasional sugar-free soda.

I loved, loved, my Grandmother's well water. Haven't tasted it or have I seen a place with well water since the 60's.

Hi all, I had to make another trip to welfare today and not sure if it helped or not. The worker had gave me a phone # to call today and get the card. Said it was important I did it today. Them fish turds hung up on me 5xs so I called their 800# and was on hold for 25 mins. I told her what was going on and she transferred me right back to the same place where I was hung up on again. Walked in to their office and this woman tells me they don't have anything to do with that and to keep trying. I might of gotten a little loud then telling her No! I need help with this and Im gonna get it. She took off to the back then came back out and told me they were going to contact them and ask them to call me.
