A broken shard of tooth worked its way down out of my gum tonight just before dinner. Two shards, actually, sharp like needles, left from one of my extractions. I can feel that there's more working its way down/ out. Anybody else ever experience this?

I have a full set of dentures, and my husband has had extensive dental work, and sadly yes that is normal for after an extraction to have "bone fragments" come out for months afterwards.

Morning all, sitting here waiting for a phone call from Drs. office. So, some of these white bumps is sloffing off today. Freaky and a little gross. I told them I thought I was still sick and about being very weak. Should be hearing something soon.

Well here are the pic's I promised last night. Old Gold was VERY protective so I took the pics thru a window that has no glass. Winds were 30 to 50 mph hinse the "fuzzy" pic or 2. I think its a heifer and Old Gold still looks pg. May have to change her name to Large Marge. The calf is a sold native color so pretty sure Tibbits is the sire. Sleeping in the new house tonight. I worked like crazy today. I wanted to go to ceramics studio, but just too tired. And it's slightly chilly in here compared to what I am used to.
The dogs have been nutty, they are not used to all this activity. I think it made them wonder what was going on. Sunny refused to eat lunch, which is rare for her. Anyway, so far they have been very good about staying in our yard. Even without a fence. But we had the wire delivered, so once it warms up a bit we can install it.

Lots of work just starting for you. I hope you can rest some.

No, I would think xrays would point those out so they could be removed. This is why I despise most dentists.

It could also be little bone fragments from your jaw.

I hate waiting. Always a bummer and the worry is worse than being sick.

Granny, I think I speak for everyone here when I say thank you dear lady so much for calling them this morning. I don't think you realize how much we all worry about you and how much you mean to us. I don't think any of us have met face to face but we are like an extended family here and look out for one another.

@twisted-acres-farm that baby is too cute to be legal. It's hard to tell is it black and is it a bull calf for a little heifer? Either way, congrats to you on the new herd member and good job, Old Gold!
