Granny's gone and done it again

Hi guys. Trying to keep a 3 month old quiet and following doctor's orders is next to impossible I've decided. I have to admit she is so danged cute peg legging around the house with her inflated E Collar on getting into mischief that it's hard being too strict with her. Her little room is the bathroom with a security gate across the door but put her there and she just starts howling and tears the gate down. Her pain meds last about 10 hours. During that time she is blissfully snoozing but those two hours between doses are a real hoot. She gives us a run for our money. And I don't think she has learned a thing from tripping DH because she tried to trip us both today. DH said he is going to figure out how to attach a tap to her splint so we can hear her sneaking up on us.

We are both in a better frame of mind today. Got a good night's sleep last night. Weather is chilly and damp. Didn't make it to freezing today but hey, not 5 degrees and it isn't snowing so nobody is complaining.

@BigBlueHen53. You have a walker and a bad eye. Pi has a splinted leg all we need is a drum a fife and somebody as flag bearer and we are set! Maybe Blue could play the drum and @CapricornFarm the fife. That would just leave the flag bearer. Any volunteers? Pi isn't much into carrying things and can't carry a tune with a basket.

I used the bell from a cat collar. I got a dog once, the thread named her Lily. Big dog but the man we got her from said she had never jumped on them. If I remember she knocked Tom and myself down more than once. Man wouldn't take her back even though he had said he would so I rehomed her to a nice younger couple. We are still friends on FB and last we talked Lily was still doing good with them

vasculitis? Antibody's attacking his kidney? causing kidney to fail
I found this information on the Mayo Clinic web site.
Vasculitis involves swelling and irritation, called inflammation, of blood vessels. The inflammation can cause the walls of the blood vessels to thicken. This thickening can narrow the vessels. If the narrowing restricts blood flow, it can damage organs and tissues.

There are many types of vasculitis. Most of them are rare. Vasculitis might affect just one organ or several. The condition can be short-term or long lasting.

Vasculitis can affect anyone. But some types are more common among people in certain age groups. Some types may improve without treatment. Most types need treatment with medicines to control the inflammation and prevent flares.

Had my ANA checked again. This time it was negative. I wasn't surprised. I've been checked off and on for years, and off and on its been..positive, negative, positive, negative. I really don't care anymore. I wouldn't take the drugs they would suggest anyway. My other tests came back good..red blood cells, white blood cells, Vitamins...
But here's some great news. Austin had the rest of his blood work done. No vera for sure! He has another appointment because they're still trying to figure out why his groin and hip area is so painful.
