Granny's gone and done it again

I've only had that once. they busted a fat necrosis lump. Ended up with surgery and 3 scars on each breast about 2 inches long each. It was dead tissue as far as I understood. I was told because of the scar tissue I would need US from then on out.
I have never heard of that. Was it like a lipoma?
 
When we were going to the cancer unit it seemed like most of the patients were older then us. There was a children's hospital there as well, but still, I was surprised how many elderly people get cancer
They have had more time to absorb the poisons surrounding us.
