Evening, troyer.

Been to weight watchers. Weight loss is so slow when you have so much to lose. I have been able to quit eating concentrated sugars and chocolate.I heard a report once upon a time that said that the one bad thing with liposuction is that you could get rid of the 'extra' fat cells but remaining would just take over.
My doctor's practice offers a procdedure called 'fat sculpting' where they freeze fat cells destroying them. Might be some thing for you to check into.
Years ago a nurse I was working with wanted to lose about 40 pounds so she asked me if I would go to weight watchers with her. I wanted to lose about 10 at the time so I said sure. It was really a great learning experience. They taught me how to eat healthy and how to watch my serving sizes which is the basis of everything. Do I recommend them? Yeppers.
The best thing i found for itchiness is vinegar. Tried all kinds of things when I had chiggers and poison ivy.Hopefully the anti biotic helps with that! It would be hard.
I understand, Cap. Do what you need to do. You don't need to justify yourself to anybody. I'm sure you know how to lose weight! As I do! But what do you do if none of that works? If your body just stubbornly refuses to drop a pound in spite of your best efforts? If you have, for example, a metabolic disorder that means your body just does not process food and calories like a normal, healthy person? Don't let anybody judge you. Take care of yourself the best way you can.Been to weight watchers. Weight loss is so slow when you have so much to lose. I have been able to quit eating concentrated sugars and chocolate.
I would love to get some fat removed, then I might be able to be more mobile. Having over 50 pounds extra to carry around all the time makes me so tired. Even without the sleep apnea, I would be tired. Now I am reduced to exhausted.
And be the beautiful person you know you are!I use medicated powder on parts they shave close. Seems to help.Pretty sure she'll be getting some of that for her little belly area. Maybe it will work on that spot too. She had started itching onto the whiskers under her chin. I'm thinking having them shaved down during grooming is the culprit. Hopefully that will get better with time.

Walking is great, if you can do it. Unfortunately, I get so out of breath that I have to stop and bend over. Plus it is quite hilly in our new neighborhood.DH and I walk. In fact we need to get out today with Pi. She's in that rebellious stage right now and is a lot easier to deal with if she is tired so we will hopefully get her out for a half hour walk in the woods this afternoon.
Unfortunately, I have to follow a rather strict diet for health problems but what I found to help me so much was measuring serving size and sticking with it. Also watching my carb intake. If you ever want to see why there is an obesity problem in America, go to a steak restaurant and watch what people eat, or rather what they serve people. I swear I have taken home enough food for another meal for myself when I used to eat out a lot with friends. Unfortunately the bulk of the people around me sit and clean their plates. It's so much easier gaining weight than it is losing it....unfortunately.

GoodnightGnight all sleep well
