I'm sure the time will come for when I'm ready. Don't know how long.

Little kitty here thinks she is 10 men!! She is quite small, runt of the litter from the farm. So more than likely inbred and was sickly when I brought her home. She knew not to try things with kipper but our other dog Mac is fair game in her book. Such a sweet little thing she is too ~

she is unusual . Most cats her coloring are males. just like most/all calico are female. very neat !

Her mother was ginger too but Kitty was the only ginger out of the three kittens in her litter. More than likely weird interbreeding!! There were lots of cats at that time. Many wild as the wind that you could not even get near, Kitty has always been a super friendly little thing. She's still kitten like in her size, last year when a lady came to buy some chicks she said "Oh what a cute little kitten" I had to point out to her that kitty was 4 years old!!

I don't think you should try to fix it. You loved her and she was a huge part of your life and now she's not there any more. It's going to take time to get used to it. Your routine will be different, but the impulse to look for her and remember to feed her will linger. The feelings aren't bad. They just show how much you love her.
