I didn't take pictures of his place before he moved down but it was quite a state.

he says that he cleans it.i'm glad i don't have to..I do wash the rugs..He takes them to the porch and shakes the dust out i still don't go in there.

Sorry, I mis-read you. I thought we were talking salaries. The federal government butts in all the time about WHAT to teach! Everybody with an agenda butts in!

Well good ol USA covers a lot of territory. And there's very different costs of living in different places/states etc.
