My regular health-care provider is a nurse practitioner, been knowing him since he was just an ER RN , he been practicing on me over 20 years
. He always lays his cards on the table . And gives you alternatives not ultimatums . With my wife's pain meds he just does the right thing ....

Nurse practitioners are very good, in my experience.

I've found the best way to fight those is throw them in the closet and block the door so they can't escape.
