The police took the driver away in their van as he refused hospital treatment. His head was all cut open, blood everywhere but he wouldn't go so the copper said your under arrest then. He more than likely does not have a license anyway. They didn't look to be the road legal sort. More than likely get a slap on the wrists from the courts and carry on driving again. No respect and a law unto themselves.

Scary. Must have broken at least 4 different laws. Maybe a little time in the clink would straighten him out. I should have been a judge.
