With wry neck, they tend to have their heads tilted with one eye toward the sky or the whole head and neck flipped back over their backs.  Is she circling her neck all the time?  How often?   I'm not really understanding what she is doing.

If you want to give her some vitamins, E or B or both, it won't hurt her if you go moderately.  If you have gel caps, I stick it with a pin and squeeze a couple of drops right in their mouth, or you could put some on a small piece of bread, as long as the others don't get it.  I don't know the exact dose.  Vit E and selenium to help it absorb is what I found for wry neck, and B1 helps all sorts of things.
She don't continually do it. Maybe once an hour for a few seconds.

And she looked straight at me, so she's not blind. :highfive:

I have to say, Polish are daffy. Its blamed on the poof and maybe not seeing well but I trim my birds and it dont have anything to do with it.  I have seen them starving for water and not able to figure out they need to walk around an object to get to it.

She's a little goofy, but this is different. She stumbled off a step, walked into a door and stared at it, things like that. Walking with her wings and tail down. I thought about trimming her crest, but it's not covering her eyes. They looked clear and bright. I can try a few from the front tomorrow, now that I look at her pic. Can't see her eyes in the pic.

I think my silkie is not to smart. He does stuff like this. And he thinks mating is just chasing the hen a pecking her on the neck when she squats. Then he stands there and looks at her. Poor roo.
