It seems like that should be one of those things you can opt them out of.  I would.  Hubs and I take care of all the family life stuff, and I'd rather he learn physics and writing skills in school.

He could have but he wanted to do it. He's an honors kid so I don't give him much fuss about his electives. It is funny when he comes home and is shocked by what he learned about pregnancy though. Would rather him take a course on money management and credit but they don't teach such stuff.

I was 17, lost one at my age 21 and last one at 31 . 14 yrs apart. One graduated HS one started K.

Were they close? My girls couldn't stand each other.now is ok but earlier on youngest was jealous always told on the other one, they had nothing in common at all...

Quote: Well it's good if he wanted to. Can't complain as much when he chose it! Most of the really useful stuff has been taken out of the schools here in CA. No drivers ed, no shop classes of any kind, home ec. Money management should be a required course!!

I was thrilled I was pregnant. I had been to fertility clincs took the drugs and gave up.
My 2 never got along. still dont very well but they havent been around each other much.

Wow, you really need to write an autobiography. I would be the first one in line to buy it. But your grandson and Robert are close, right? My older kids treat Brandon more like an uncle or dad than brother.
