Whats wrong with Tom's foot?

dr. wont look at it and because he is diabetic they always say its neropathy. He says all the meat is gone and he is walking on the bones. I think it needs to be checked out better then just a glance.

the cage was filthy. found mold under the food dish. they have no meat on them either. I am treating for cocci but I really dont know. I have moved them to clean quarters. and Tom and I cleaned all the brooders yesterday. We didnt disinfect them though so I left them empty.

Thats bad.i hope he don't loose it.Yes he needs a good doc that cares,but they are hard to find anymore..
