I have a black dog and a white one, grey cat and a black and tan tabby. Can't win the hair war around here. Henry has these long hairs that are striped blk and tan. Reminds me of mosquito legs.

Couple of these bit me when I was sitting out with Bueno and the hens. Fed one to Bueno, and oddly, he didn't try to share it with the girls.

For having such short hair, he sheds pretty bad. U should see our place when she malts, her feathers, his hair, looks like snow lol
 
I have never seen one like that before unless its so light it dont show up to the naked eye ? I also didnt know there were different types of them.
 
He was claiming it.  Probably christened it when you weren't looking.  :lol:



Tiger mosquito.  They carry all the bad stuff.  I probably got yellow fever or zika or something.

Lol, he does like to claim stuff. Anything new brought into the yards. He does wait till ur not looking but if u catch he continues with a goofy, u caught me look..

There are more than 3,500 species of mosquitoes. About 175 of them are found in the United States, with the Anopheles quadrimaculatus, Culex pipiens, Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus (Asian tiger mosquito) among the most common.
