Tell her to eat asparagus & watermelon. They are a natural diaretic, would help with swelling. She needs to get those feet up higher that her heart

You can buy a gf. I'm definitely not the one that can give good advice. On somethings I'm good on but I'm by far an expert. We do talk a lot of junk but I've learn a lot here also. I think you'll be happy here. Most people on this thread have years and years of experience.
