It's easy to build up a flock, but it's oh so tough shrink it down. You should keep the special ones you like best. It's more enjoyable when they are manageable.

I have shrunk it a couple times. Then I think, its the same coop , whats one more. Then I blink and i am over run again.

We are still farting around with the pump.

Probably going to have to cart the boys up to grandpa's for showers tonight. We haven't even eaten dinner yet either. It's getting cold, which is fine since it got over 80 in the house today.

I talked to DD and am proud of myself for keeping the straight face and concern in my voice when all I wanted to do was giggle. The driving test is 50 questions They stopped the test at 10.
Konner wanted to come back today and I said wait til payday. She is complaining about how one of the boys "shuts down" when he is home and how he was in a physical fight with another. I told her to separate them. She said she cant, its too hot to put them in different rooms. Total BS so I said well, I guess you need to sign those papers so I can get food for him. she didnt say anything else.

Red Dawg.....Im going to start calling you that. My nickname growing up was Maddog, My name is Makenzie and Spuds Mckenzie the dog was born when I was younger.....Some how I got named Maddog and to this day my brother's still call me that. My nieces named me Kiki cuz they couldn't say Makenzie.

Anyways.

What kind of birds do you have?
Do you hatch and sell babies too?
Red Dog was my CB handle in the 70's; that's what most people in the bowling alley know me by.
My hens are currently all RSL's; my rooster is a BCM
I hatch when I want replacements. Not NPIP, so couldn't sell out of state, even if I wanted to. I don't want USPS handling eggs for me, coming or going.

you sound like my husband whites except after the cb he never learned computer. He is Big T . He was in many tournaments and had many trophy's. He also had his first heart attack after bowling. He still has a home base set up here . Its mostly static. 2 of his 3 sons have bowled 300s more then once but he was sad to end his bowling with a 298.

FINALLY got the broodies arranged on the floor level. Two in a suite with a locking door and their own food/water, and the third in the corner in a high pile of hay. The BCM is setting a HUGE egg, but I only saw one yolk. A few eggs have veining.

Going now to check the bator.
