I wouldn't worm a chicken (or any other animal, for that matter) until there's a reason; evidence that the animal's wormy. Worming unnecessarily, 'specially using the same wormer, will lead to the animal building up a resistance to the active ingredient in the product.Also, how do you know when to deworm the chickens? Would it be same for turkeys and ducks? Or just do it a couple times a year as preventive. At what age do you start deworming?
