It's not super hard, but it's firm.

The ligament test is the best in my girls they can start bagging up a week before birthing but when the ligaments disappear it's a max of 24 hours to birthing ,they are about 1 to 1,1/2 inches from the tail root Butt hole looks tight below like it should at birthing? so I see her shallow parts yes???

It feels like you can practically reach around her tailhead?

is her tail raising and back up with contractions?

I have that page bookmarked! I think I read it three times a day. I'm about ready to start pawing the ground and bleating at my belly. :/ I've been feeling ligaments but Mike said he finds they come and go? So trying to not rely on it totally. Yesterday she was acting spacey and her back/tail around her hips humped up then flattened back out several times. The Irish girl saw it too, so it wasn't just me.

I am not sure but she actually sort of squatted for Yuri most of the time. I might have 2 litters with in 2 weeks of each other. UFFDA but better then no pups.

I neve had a small puppy or watched a litter growing up. I bet they are loads of fun.

they are fun and fab and a load of work. There comes a time when you are happy to see most of them go to their forever homes.

Some. Not voraciously like usual. She's more interested in hay and forage than the sweet feed.
