figured that might "scare" you off. Simple syrup is SOOOOOOOOOOOO easy just sugar and water bring to boil then take off heat and let cool

you can use it in your tea also mixes/dissolves in liquid sooooo much faster and easier then sugar in cold drinks

I just use hot tap water . enough to dissolve then cold and cold brew tea bags but I dont make that either . Tom does.

I have done the white version with apple slices, peaches, necturines, and some type of berry

and a red with citrus
