mornings, we are having a pretty good thunderstorm and later tonight its supposed to get real bad. News said worst then we have seen in many years and news will be on all day. they are talking tornados folks ! I hope its sharknado and not chicknado.

Got things ready in case the power goes out? We always fill up lots of water containers and check the flashlight batteries and find candles and matches.

Good heavens! I can feel for Rachel. Is the poop-spreader being send home? therapy??? Seems like poop-spreading in a child over 7 is a big red flag. You should let her parents know.

the man that was interested in my chickens messaged me 2 days ago and I have just seen it. there were 3 other messages people wanting stuff all the way back from march.

What??? Can you still contact them? You have all those new chicks needing homes and the man probably still wants your hens... It's good to know you got some responses!

Woke up to the news... 3 people shot did one critically injured right down the road from our old house. They don't know who the shooter is or anything and the dang sheriff are saying there's no danger to neighbors!!! Bull crap!!!! Then they aren't telling us something. Devin told me to stay inside with the kids today until there is an update on the shooter.

Got headache now, its gotten hot the last couple of days yesterday was 95. Just spent last 2 hours outside taking care of chicks. Had to clean one cage and the ducks pool. By the time i came in it was hot out. Not sure what temp it is right now. We are usually 10*, or more, cooler than St. George.
