BYC running kinda slow. Rooster is doing good . I forgot to take a picture.

I hope it is the same when he gets with the hens .
CB saved mostly all the same I was planning on. All the ones I got from ol mare except the white one. He wants that one too but I seen some roo behavior and am not sure what it is. they were sexed pullets.

maybe you will know. I can grab a pic. tomorrow. its EE, mostly white. a little bit of gold on the back. not a lot but I seen it grab a hen by the neck feathers like it was trying to get a ride.

Yeah, get a pic. Side view of body and close up of comb would be most helpful. Do you know how old it is? I have pullets that will act like that.

Wishing, skunks are active at night & follow the same paths. We used to smell one every night for months. Just told dh i haven t heard a whopperwill this spring/summer.

umm, young almost full size. Mare would probably know. small comb .

I don't mind skunks so much. Except when the dog gets stench sprayed in her nose and mouth. The skunks are not afraid of anything, so it drives the dogs crazy! Belle killed an adult a few years ago and a baby last spring. Poor critters. 3 weeks of skunk breath for the dog both times! You'd think she's learn.
