OMG  I want a ribeye so bad

Ribeye is my favorite cut of steak!

That and porterhouse are the ONLY types of steak IMHO   the rest either grind up for hamburger or make a roast

Did you try the Hanger steak, ( ongle')? It is a cut from the diagram of the beef! It is wonderful we call it the " Butcher cut" try it and than talk to me about stakes!

We have fog this morning for the first time in a few weeks. Lovely and cool, and cooler than normal temps for the foreseeable future.

I can hear the tomatoes grumbling out there. They want blankies! When is CB returning? External peace and quiet is only an illusion. It really comes from inside us.
