My Grandmother was a pretty awesome woman. She lacked 10 years living in 3 centurys.  She was born in 1899 and passed in 1990.  She liked cats but she liked them for what they could do. there was no pets in cats.   She told me if you take a cat hair and put it in a glass of water it will turn into a worm. and they will smother your babies on purpose. I had a cat when my DD was born that someone got rid of.

My mom always told me a cat smother babies... Never heard about the worm thing.

Yup, Came home and crashed.    Hearing aid place took Tom in the back and was gone forever then he comes to get me and says there is something wrong with Tom. Scared me . I went back and the guy says, I tried a brand new hearing aid that works fine and he cant hear.  Sigh, I know the man can hear.  I said Tom, Tom,? Nothing. I motioned for him to take it out and said Tom, He said what ?  LOL I told him to put the hearing aid in himself . He did and jerked it back out. It was too loud.  The man said, He was turned down for an aid and was giving it to him. I was so pleased . those are a couple thousand dollars each. When I woke up I am laying here thinking how did it fit his ear ? He comes in to tell me night and says he cant wear it. It keeps popping out of his ear and is hurting. Now he has nothing. 

BIG congrats to Linda, Red and Papa for the friend badges but even more then that for being such good friends to many.

Granny I hate toms hearing aid isn't right. It was very nice of the Dr to give him one though. Mine cast 6,000 for both. And my little dog ate one. I wanted to kill her but it was my fault for leaving it on the nightstand. Congrats to Linda and papa too. Anyone else on this thread get an award that I missed?
