what is torn off doesn't really seem to jive with the bite marks as least not to me I mean bite in the middle and the top opposite corner comes off ??

Sorry for not being focused tonight. I finally snuck away from the family. I'm exhausted. Just needed the peace and quiet of my room.

I just went outside again a few minutes ago calling my (pretty girls---who always come when I cal them) and nothing
I hate the "not knowing if I have a girl or boy chick" but this not knowing what the heck happened to my 6 chicks is driving me nuts!

KIKi I have a problem solver. how tall is your dog and what is the height of the wood below the wire ?
I had a chicken killing dog. There were feathers EVERYWHERE.
He broke into a tractor and attempted to pull the boards down from my main coop. There were deep scratches and gouges in the wood, feathers in his teeth, etc. With hardware cloth I'd expect blood or fur on the raw edges.
