I can't see it well enough. But it's weird that you haven't found the other birds..... That part confuses me... No bodies... Nothing

And my dogs have (unfortunately killed wild birds and cats in my yard before and never ATE them)
I just went outside again a few minutes ago calling my (pretty girls---who always come when I cal them) and nothing


I hate the "not knowing if I have a girl or boy chick" but this not knowing what the heck happened to my 6 chicks is driving me nuts!
 
Sorry for not being focused tonight. I finally snuck away from the family. I'm exhausted. Just needed the peace and quiet of my room.

Im going to try to go to sleep...try to shut my mind off....Happy Bday!

I don't think it was your dog....
 
I had a chicken killing dog. There were feathers EVERYWHERE.

He broke into a tractor and attempted to pull the boards down from my main coop. There were deep scratches and gouges in the wood, feathers in his teeth, etc. With hardware cloth I'd expect blood or fur on the raw edges.
