To all you guys that use a fitbit or other step counting device.
It states that I should walk 10000 steps a day. With me trying I only hit a little over 5000 and yesterday when I was busy with the kids I didn't even hit 2000. So am I really that lazy. Why is it so difficult to achieve the recommended daily number. Do these numbers sound right?
Yes. In the beginning when I first got mine I had to TRY HARD to get the 10,000!
When I am just sitting around the house I average 6000.
BUT when I am sitting on the computer a lot of all day....2000 is good!
