They remind me of a saint Bernard mixed with poodle. They look so cool

Yes! It is one of those.

Very cute. The only way I can tell on polish is to look for wattles. Don't see any yet, but it's kind of young. Granny can probably tell by the hairdo!

I was looking at columbian wyandottes, and it seems they get whiter as they age, so yours may still develop proper color. Usually patchy white like that across the wings ends up male, but not at all sure how columbians develop.
