Speaking of, I thought you couldnt tell EEs sex because they dont have saddle feathers ? Mine does. so not only is it not a hen it may not be an EE ?

My polish are 14 weeks old. I will be glad when they start laying. Got 2 roos & 4 pullets. Thought i only had 1 roo. But another grew horns & wattles last week. I m glad because i want to bred them & like to have spare roo just in case------

spare roo is good thing to have . My white roo is so very stupid. I cracked 3 eggs today one was fertile. He is mating their heads. yup.

mostly white , some blue mixed it with just a few red dots on shoulders. Saddle feathers ?
