Oh BTW, DD said her landlord came over for rent yesterday, due tomorrow and they want them out.

I hope they took time dated pics or a video of the place before they moved in. Then they should be able to get at least some of the deposit back. ALSO make sure they take time dated pics when they leave so landlord can't claim more then what they actually did.

they didnt know it was like that. cant tell unless you step there. I guess SIL had a leg go through the floor. Thats why the kids never got their own bedroom I guess. Its off limits . Then there is another place like that in their closet.

I warn any and all potential renters to do that where ever they end up going and any and all friend's looking to rent. We have some real A-hole type landlords up here. Some are so bad they have been legally smacked by both the city and the state

they didnt have the rent money yet. so Im sure they would have if it had been offered. its due tomorrow .
