gotta do that happy dance !   They sent me a paper saying if I dont get Cb shots he couldnt come back to school. I had to go down there and sign a religious exemption.

His parents are anti-vax. I happen to agree with the fact they now give way too many vaccines.

That's a tough one. I've read both sides and it's hard to figure out. My mom is diabetic and she really wants the vaccinated. I guess I understand both views.

True...but some of these diseases can seriously mess up a person.

Lucky I was born when I was and the us has a vaccination schedule to reflect that....(to immigrate you need to prove you've had vaccines for a bunch of things. The amount you need at 30someodd is the basics - mmr, tdap, oh they did want the chicken pox but I just had the blood work saying I had immunity, and of course the other basics I'm brain farting on) but if you're a minor...holy crap the list....

Michael had all but the chicken pox one. It came out when he wAs little and our doctor at the time wasn't real sure about the long term use of it and suggested not getting it. He is 16 and has never had chicken pox. My sister got it during the Christmas season when we were young and all our aunts and uncles brought their kids over to get everyone exposed. It was a pink liquid smelling itchy Christmas but we were together.
