Granny, so happy you got a little bit of answers.. The polyp is probably caused by your hernia. Uggghhhh not fun. But they can remove it. Probably what you are feeling when you say you feel like something is in your throat... Mucus covering it to try and make it go away. Are you going to opt for the hernia surgery?

I know a girl that had it done and it was successful.. When I asked my doctor about it he said very small percentage of success rate for my diagnoses.... Lpr.
Yes, I had one on my vocal nodule. Not fun at all. And it's from the crap coming up your esophugus.
