I couldn't afford to be gone much longer then that.

I was thinking of Granny Smith green apples, which are consumed in copious amounts around here. Unripe green apples didn't make it on stage. Knew I was missing something. Told you I am tired.

Finally home, and too smelly to fall into my own bed. I had a plague of gnats and bathed in woodsmoke for at least an hour trying to keep them off me. Eventually I just gave up.


I dozed off most of the way home. I was just super sleepy all day. I kept trying to find really inconvenient places to nap and never could. If bubba could have settled himself down I know I would've slept soundly all night. Part of the problem was I was edging on sleep and he kept pestering me, so I was losing patience fast.

I never experinced that Camping, Robert couldnt stand to be touched and DD was not a huggy kid .

I could handle the touching, but he wanted to TALK. About unimportant things I can't even remember right now. None if it had anything to do with where we were or what we were doing b

You cant cuddle an 11 yr. old boy thats almost as tall as you are. He does give me hugs though. seems very odd to me now.

Probably all wound up and too excited for him to sleep. I was like that as a kid. Took forever to fall asleep if wasn't in my own bed.
